This is the things i like about sharon draper’s writing. I like that the author is VERY descriptive. “Doctors where do i start doctors realy dont get me moms a nurse so i guess she speaks there language” -because she is very descriptive of the doctors.I also like how the author creates imagery i pointed at the blocks ,mom said no you dont need those i pointed again and screeched and kicked my legs-because you can see that happening in real life.I love how the author hooks the reader draper dose this in the quote “step fart i’d be laughing by the time he got to my room”she hooks the reader by makeing the reader laugh.Here is something i like about he author.
